30-Day Free Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Return

1. Email us at ryanlamelajimenez@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
3. Pack items securely and drop off at any post office.
4. Refund issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after we receive the returned item.

We also offer store credit if you prefer to exchange for a different item or size.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Swimwear (unless faulty)
• Final sale / clearance items clearly marked at purchase
• Gift cards

Damaged or Faulty Items

Received something damaged or defective? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost, immediately.
