What our Lifetime Warranty covers

Every product sold by Brisa is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product stops working under normal use — at any point — we will replace it free of charge. No receipts needed. No expiry date. Ever.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Motor or mechanical failures under normal use
  • Battery defects (won't charge or hold charge from day one)
  • Structural failures not caused by physical damage
  • Any component that stops functioning as described

What's Not Covered

  • Accidental damage (drops, cracks, water submersion)
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Damage caused by improper use or modification
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that don't affect function
  • Loss or theft

How to Claim

  2. Attach a photo or short video showing the defect (helps us process faster).
  3. We'll review and confirm within 24–48 hours on business days.
  4. A replacement is shipped to you at no cost — no need to return the defective item.
